How Crisis Detection works — and why it matters

Traditional EAPs are reactive, stigmatised, and underused. LifeVela's Crisis Detection is proactive, private, and embedded in the user's daily flow. When the system detects a significant multi-dimensional score drop, it surfaces a gentle, private prompt — only to the user — with curated resources including therapists, helplines, and self-care guides.
