For returning to exercise
The first week back is also the first data point.
Returning to exercise after a long break is easier to sustain when you can see what is actually changing. LifeVela records workouts, sleep, and habits so the pattern is visible from the first week.
Workouts logged without a fitness app
The Fitness module records workouts by type, duration, and intensity. You log the session when it ends. Over weeks, the frequency and the pattern become visible. You can see whether you are building consistency or whether the gaps are growing.
Sleep alongside the workouts
The correlations surface compares any two dimensions over the same period. People returning to exercise often find that sleep improves as activity increases — or that the early weeks are harder on sleep than expected. Seeing the two together is more useful than seeing either alone.
Habits that support the return
The Habits module tracks streaks and completion rates. When you are rebuilding a routine, the habits around exercise — sleep time, nutrition, rest days — matter as much as the workouts themselves. The streak count shows which habits are holding.
Sample interface — your view is built from what you log.
What LifeVela does not do here
LifeVela does not connect to fitness trackers or wearables, does not generate training plans, and does not offer exercise or nutrition advice. It records what you log.
