Life Thread
The week as it was, not as you remember it.
Memory compresses a week into a few moments. The Life Thread shows every entry you logged — sleep, habits, spending, workouts, journal notes — in the order they happened, so the week is visible as a record rather than a feeling.
Every entry in one chronological view
The Life Thread shows all log entries from all modules in a single chronological feed. A sleep entry from Monday, a habit tick from Tuesday, a spend from Wednesday — they appear in order. You can scroll back through the week and see what was actually there.
The gaps are visible too
When you did not log on a day, the Life Thread shows the gap. A week where you logged Monday, Tuesday, and Friday looks different from a week where you logged every day. The absence is part of the record.
The week as context for the score
The Life Score for a week is built from the entries in that week. The Life Thread shows you what those entries were. If the score moved, the Thread shows you what changed. If the score did not move, the Thread shows you what was missing.
Sample interface — your view is built from what you log.
What LifeVela does not do here
The Life Thread shows entries you logged. It does not reconstruct days you did not log, does not pull from your phone's activity data, and does not estimate what happened on days with no entries.
